This separate notice lists when 易迅记账 sends which data to AI processors.
When processing starts
易迅记账 sends required data only when you initiate a cloud AI feature and accept the current notice. Processing does not start without current consent.
Processors and data
- Alibaba Cloud DashScope: ledger text parsing, receipt extraction, and calculations.
- ByteDance Volcano Engine: live transcription for 易迅记账 voice features.
- Data may include audio, transcripts, receipt images, questions, and only the ledger context needed for the requested result.
Choice and retention
Declining or withdrawing does not affect manual bookkeeping, local export, or non-AI sync. 易迅记账 does not retain raw audio or receipt-image request bodies after completion.
Processors act under their applicable terms, configuration, and rules. 易迅记账 does not make unverified promises about their independent retention or deletion.
