Delete in the app

While signed in, open “Settings Center → Account → Delete Account & Data,” review the irreversible warning, and confirm. This directly initiates full deletion; support contact is not required. Export anything you need first.

If you cannot sign in

Use the button on this page or email support@vceau.co with subject “易迅记账 Account Deletion Request.” Provide only the registered phone or email; never send a password, code, token, full ledger, recording, or receipt.

To prevent fraudulent deletion, we verify ownership through the registered phone or email.

What is deleted and when

• The online account, sessions, linked sign-in providers, cloud ledgers and sync data, and user-linked consent and security-audit records are deleted. To enforce one seven-day trial per verified identity, the server retains a keyed-HMAC trial-eligibility fingerprint that contains no raw phone, email, third-party sign-in identifier, or deleted user ID; it is used only for eligibility and abuse prevention.
• After the server accepts deletion, the app clears that account’s local financial cache and signs out. If device storage is temporarily unwritable, credentials are removed first; uninstall or clear app storage to finish local cleanup.
• Online deletion is irreversible. Backup remnants expire within 30 days. Deleting the 易迅记账 account does not cancel an Apple, Google, or Huawei store subscription; manage or cancel it in that store first. Mainland China direct-payment access is fixed-term and does not auto-renew.

Family and provider effects

Deleting a family owner removes the owner’s cloud family ledger and ends member access. Deleting a member removes membership; entries already written to the owner’s shared ledger may remain. Export and coordinate first.

For Sign in with Apple, 易迅记账 attempts token revocation and retries a de-identified restricted task if Apple is unavailable. Other providers may independently retain data they lawfully process.
