Acceptance and service

易迅记账 provides manual bookkeeping, family sharing, export, account sync, and separately consented voice, receipt, and calculation AI features. Choosing “Agree & Continue” accepts the current Terms and Privacy Policy.

Core manual bookkeeping does not require a subscription. Some cloud AI and membership features may be offered monthly or yearly. Store plans may auto-renew; mainland China direct-payment plans run for the fixed term shown at purchase. Availability, price, period, renewal, refund, and cancellation terms are shown on the purchase screen and by the payment platform.

Membership prices and monthly ASR limits

• In mainland China, Personal is ¥19/month or ¥199/year and Family is ¥39/month or ¥399/year. Outside mainland China, Personal is USD 7/month or USD 80/year and Family is USD 12/month or USD 140/year. Taxes, exchange rates, and localized store prices may vary; the final checkout price controls.
• Personal includes up to 300 minutes of cloud automatic speech recognition (ASR) per subscription month. Family includes up to 600 minutes per subscription month, shared by the owner and invited members. Both include the same core features; Family additionally allows shared ledgers and membership usage.
• ASR usage is measured by the duration of audio accepted by the server and sent for cloud transcription. This includes every voice-input feature that uses cloud transcription, including voice transaction entry, AA bill calculations, and AI Calculator voice input. It resets at the start of each subscription month, including for annual plans. Unused minutes do not roll over and have no cash or refund value. At the limit, cloud transcription pauses until the next subscription month; manual bookkeeping, export, and features that do not require ASR remain available.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep your phone, email, password, codes, device, and sessions secure and remain responsible for account activity. We never ask you to email a password, code, or session token.
• Guest data may remain only on the device. Review import choices before syncing and keep exports you need.
• Do not bypass security/rate limits, disrupt the service, access another person’s data without permission, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use 易迅记账 unlawfully.

Family sharing

A family owner may invite/remove members, assign roles, and manage shared ledgers. Shared entries are visible to members with permission.

Deleting an owner account ends that family ledger and member access. Deleting a member account removes membership, but entries already added to the owner’s shared ledger may remain. Export and coordinate first.

Your content and AI

You retain rights in lawful content and confirm you may process and share it. You grant 易迅记账 a limited permission to store, transmit, copy, and process it only to provide sync, sharing, export, and AI features you initiate. We do not sell your content.

Recognition, transcription, categorization, and calculation results can be wrong or incomplete. Verify them. 易迅记账 is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

Availability, termination, and disputes

Maintenance, networks, devices, providers, or security events may interrupt service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may stop, export, or delete your account. We may lawfully restrict access for violations or safety risks and explain when feasible.

PRC law governs these Terms. Try good-faith negotiation first; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Contact support@vceau.co.

One-time seven-day trial

• Each verified identity may receive one seven-day Personal trial, starting when the earliest account associated with that identity was created. The fixed seven-day window includes up to 75 minutes of cloud ASR and 25 OCR receipt scans. Unused allowance does not roll over, and Family sharing is not included.
• Deleting and recreating an account, or changing or relinking a phone, email, or third-party sign-in, does not restart the trial or replenish its allowance. If any verified identity has already claimed a trial, a new account does not receive a second one.

易迅记账 sends required data only when you initiate a cloud AI feature and accept the current notice. Processing does not start without current consent.

• Alibaba Cloud DashScope: ledger text parsing, receipt extraction, and calculations.
• ByteDance Volcano Engine: live transcription for 易迅记账 voice features.
• Data may include audio, transcripts, receipt images, questions, and only the ledger context needed for the requested result.

AI providers and data processing: Choice and retention

Declining or withdrawing does not affect manual bookkeeping, local export, or non-AI sync. 易迅记账 does not retain raw audio or receipt-image request bodies after completion.

Processors act under their applicable terms, configuration, and rules. 易迅记账 does not make unverified promises about their independent retention or deletion.
